Local Food
When we cook for ourselves and for you we prioritize local food. This means taking a closer look at the label and talking to our producers. Whenever possible we buy from and support local vendors. We prioritize Illinois producers first but source products from Indiana, Michigan, & Wisconsin. For anything we’re missing we support and shop from local independent businesses.

Two Brothers Kitchen (TBK) is what happens when two brothers put their heads together and share their love of cooking with their community. TBK is a prepared foods delivery business located in Bucktown, Chicago. We operate a subscription free model, serving fresh, easy, and local food without the headache.
We broke up with big-box grocery stores and bio-engineered foods a long time ago, swapping preservatives, pesticides, and factory farms for products we knew we could trust.
This meant leaving the “organic” labels behind and getting to know the farmers and producers in our backyard. Along the way we learned all about cooking with fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients that are good for you and the environment. Now we want to help others make that transition.
It’s simple, we’ll put out a new menu every week & whether you choose to add your favorite pasta to our Vodka Sauce, or heat and eat our ready made options, we can guarantee fresh ingredients, clean plates, and less trips to the grocery store.

sales to delivery strategy and beyond.
